I had a really good stay at this hotel in Marrakesh. The location was great, tucked away in a small and dark street in a really good area of the Medina. It was a bit difficult to find at first, but once inside, it was like stepping into an oasis in the chaos of the city. The main common area was simply amazing, with beautiful Moroccan style decorations. The staff onsite were also very kind and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided, along with all the basic essentials. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which was filling and gave me a good start for the day.
I believe that the hotel could improve on their communication and organization.

Spent a cozy Xmas here and it was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the local dish. The location was so great, everything was a short stroll away. We loved that we could easily explore the main attractions and return to a quiet and calm retreat. The garden was beautifully decorated which added to the holiday cheer.
Our room was a bit small and cramped, with little space to move around and store our luggage. , the WiFi signal was weak and we couldn't connect to it properly from our room.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
